I accept your identification of the yellow flying machine but might argue about it being dangerous, after all Mrs S was in the back seat when I took the photograph (flying in one of those was on her 'bucket list').
As for location, it is Southern Europe but neither countries mentioned. Obviously looking for the name of the town associated with the airfield.

I used to stay here when I contracted to CHC at nearby North Denes, we are at Caister on Sea, Norfolk, and very nice it is.

Thought it might have lasted a little longer but I forgot the N Denes aviation connection. My local church, I am not a member but Mrs S has been churchwarden for the last 9 years, but I do climb the tower and raise the flag for them on special occasions.

I think that North Denes stopped operations with the demise of CHC, don't know what has happened to it, maybe a housing estate now.

This square was not always quite so tranquil.

North Denes is much the same as when it when it was operating. All buildings remain the airfield is still grass, just no people or helicopters!
