Kashmir ~ Ofra Haza [4:59]
A truly beautiful and talented artist and woman. Lost due to AID's and a partner that did not value his life enough to love and value her's...

How good is this.... Mean Mary and her brother Frank are the real deal...

Sent this to a business colleague, no mean banjo picker herself, and she said "look at her little finger". Mary is top drawer as a musician, vocals, piano, violin, guitar, mandolin, banjo etc. and not to be confused any less than this excellence ...

Hold Your Hands Out to Me ~ Alex McEwan [4:37]
The video was based on the film "Inside Llewyn Davis" film about a struggling folk musician, somewhat lost in the Big City. In my case I came to London several years ago and the video brings to life my own struggles living down South and memories of my past life growing up in Glasgow and the West Coast of Scotland. It features footage of old nostalgic footage from Glasgow and some beautiful shots of the Clyde and the Irish Sea.

...Or idly list the shrilling lay
With which the milkmaid cheers her way,
Marking its cadence rise and fail,
As from the field, beneath her pail,
She trips it down the uneven dale

Kulning - Ancient herdingcall - A farewell song to the cows [2:14]

When I listen to Whitesnake, so do all my neighbours.
Sometimes they throw bricks through my window so they can hear it better ;)))

YT thought I should listen to this: has all those elements that catch my attention and make a great song

Staan My By - Radio Kalahari Orkes [4:49]

and,

I posted this from FB at #5555 but perhaps should have made it clearer that there was a ~1min. music video at link:
“I love music. For me, music is morning coffee. It’s mood medicine. It’s pure magic. A good song is like a good meal-I just want to inhale it and then share a bite with someone else.”
— Hoda Kotb
- We had the privilege of hosting a large wedding party in our home this weekend. This morning as I’m finishing up breakfast this beautiful music flowed through the walls of the inn. It’s difficult to believe that this piano has keys sticking and much of the keys are out of tune. He made it sound as if nothing at all was wrong with it.

As much for the paintings as for the music -

Et Si Tu N’existais Pas ~ Joe Dassin [3:21]

then the painter was identified for me as Sergio Soublét, and I found more of his paintings here:

A Paris ~ Carlos Cano [3:33]

which led to a complete bunnytrail and

Parisienne Walkways - Gary Moore [6:47]

And with the morn, those angel faces smile...
