Whooo, I'm going to Barbados.

What many people don't know is that this song was a bit of a joke and was made by a British band called Typically Tropical, I believe they were a couple of sound engineers messing around with a synthesiser. Such a catchy song!

I believe Maggie fronted Vinegar Joe up to the point when the lead guitarist ( might have been her boyfriend ) was electrocuted on stage in front of her.Hell of a band.

"This Time Next Year" by Weigh The Anchor, a band from Oakville, Ontario. It has nice meaty guitar, a great bass line and meaningful lyrics. The first time I heard it, I just about fell off my couch.

Talking of which I am going to do something I would never have thought I would do, I have found a Lady Gaga song (or two) I like... She's is strangely attractive in this film as well...

An ops-normaliser reminded me of this bloke today. I hadn't thought of this song for so many years and I agree with the sentiment. Wishing all Zimbabweans, Saffers, but most of all the British and the Americans, some good news! The latter two parties to those good wishes not even realising that they need good news.

Zappa's 'Son of Orange County' was all about Nixon and some of the lyrics, and the title are, appropriate to Trump, as well. Zappa would have boiled Trump down a manky orange jam.
