Back to the theme of yet another NR being killed by other NRs. It is a terrible thing to admit, but one gets hardened by the youths of the black gangs killing each other, with the result that with each murder one thinks "who cares ?" After all, it is merely an extension of tribal killings in Africa, and like most of us here I have given up on any improvement there.

I'm afraid this is the truth. There is no point in trying to educate people until you have civilised them so that they understand the importance and value of education.
