MrsP is off to M&S, so I've been throwing out hints for some veal with which to make osso bucco. Fingers crossed.

We had roast chook last night, so we have leftovers and a pot of stock from the carcass. However, dottir#1 is coming today for instruction in making a sri lankan chicken curry, so we'll be eating chook for the foreseeable future. I don't even particularly enjoy chicken. :(

Chicken, Leek and Potato soup last night, there is a litre remaining so that will be tomorrow.

One hopes that tonight will be a Nepalese/Indian takeaway, depends if it is open in these locked times.

Tomorrow they will be closed at 18.00 but as they don't open 'till 18.30 ................

Mrs S is making Cornish Pasties so maybe one of those.

I am making a chicken stew which will be large enough for several meals, probably freeze several lots for future scoffing!

Fishy Friday. Smoked salmon and chilli linguine. I may sneak in some sun-dried tomatoes.

Nearly the same as Magnus: smoked salmon in a cream sauce with bucatini.

Look forward to baking and breaking pizza with you PHXPhlyer, accompanied by a good South African red or white (or whatever tickles your palate)! :)

Chinese takeaway tonight, although they also cook Thai food. I'll open a can and peruse the menu.
