I understand a Frikadeller to be entirely different...a small meatball, made with milk & soda water to make it light and 'airy'.... quite different things indeed, though they are both technically a 'meatball'

Anyway Hainanese Chicken tonight.....the cooking stack oes into the sauce, forms a broth, freezes for another occasion....and there is enough left over for tomorrow night..

Last night home made gulasz soup, which even if I say so meself was pretty bloody good, and tonight the Mrs. is making cauliflower cheese, a simple but tasty and healthy delicious treat. We had a big lunch out today and will be walking it off tomorrow.

Am preparing a sort of Asian cottage pie. Basic cottage pie with oyster sauce, soy sauce and chili and mix of potatoes and sweet potatoes. The ultimate in fusion cookery 😀
