We're getting by tonight with some leftover roast brisket, pickles and chips.

The aforementioned Indian tapas-y place was disappointing. WAAAY too salty for our taste.

Just made up some salmon fishcakes which will be cooked in the air fryer, I'm slowly making each meal/batch of chips cheaper. :D

We're going to the Safari Camp oop river to join the managers for a vegetarian braai pie, the last one we had there was very nice indeed. :)

A rack of bacon ribs.Back in the day they virtually gave them away for pennies.Now its £5 a kilo.Still worth it though.

Knocked together a bunch of croutons,bacon, egg and cos lettuce into a very passable Caesar Salad which satisfied the inner man.

Haddock in panko crumbs with chips and peas. If I can get away with it, dripping might accidentally fall into the frying pan.
