This was my enforced dinna tonight from the Thai chick. :-L

A far cry from the huge steak Diane of yesterevening.

The bits of mango were delish though.

I know I'm in my missus' bad books when she makes me eat veggie food.

Nowt wrong with the simple things done right.

Just been told it will be savoury mince and mash.

Last night’s evening meal. I didn’t even get a knife this time. 🙄

But again the mango bits were absolutely delish like the night before.

Isn't there a lot of sugar in those Mangoes and Blueberries?

Slasher...a cup of frozen Blueberries mixed with ricotta cheese is low fat and extremley delicious...

Some pineapple was mixed in with the mangs and bluebs Fliegs. Look at the amount given. Wasn’t enough to do anything except help me crap easier this morning.

That it is TS. 1/2 cup of raw oats with sprinkling of cranberries for brekky, salad sandwich for lunch, rabbit food for dinner. Tonight’s repast was the same as the first pic on this page. ~X(

I’ve lost 1.12 kg.
