A portion of Aldi's crispy duck with all the trimmings plus the best part ( so far ) of a bottle of " 19 crimes " red. I had a case of red and white delivered today so further investigation may be needed.

Two pieces of crispy fried chicken (done in vegatable oil) and a glass of Lidle's finest strawberry gin. As one can infer, I am on a health kick.

Chuck from Mr Watkins's emporium - far tastier than the supermarket offerings.

One is doing the cooking today as Mrs 4ma is laid low with woman flu.

Baked spud with king prawns and seafood sauce tonight. I fancied a large steak, but was (again) outvoted 1-1.

This morning I cooked three different curries for Saturday, to cater for different fads of 6 people, plus lunch for today.

SWMBO then says 'don't worry I'll tidy up the kitchen'. As if I'd be worried?

Last night's dinna was a tasty draft beer with peanuts. Had spent the day at a local whiskey bar yesterday and forgot to have solid grub at the pub after I staggered back.

Smorning's brekky was quite good. Grillled steak n scrambled eggs, congee, a raw piece of something that looked like it once swum, coffee with one piece of toast spread with me own imported Vegemite.

Sun dried tomato risotto for lunch. Last Friday it was a self made cheese sandwich, I did put some chutney on it though.

Heading off later for a walk along the prom, followed by a curry in our favourite local restaurant. Montezuma has been to visit, so I may have to take up residence in the smallest room tomorrow.

Good to see TS up and about her wifey mess duties sah! Now you can eat civilisated again. Wouldn't mind a whopping plateful of her yummy risotto meself right now. 😋
