Hello all. This is the tomorrow I warned about yesterday, so here goes. This is a pub type quiz, so Google is not your friend. Have fun.


Rules

1...The quiz will be posted on Saturday or Sunday evening, my time.

2...Answers are worth a point apiece, except some questions may ask for additional info, worth extra points.

45. John Denver died when his newly purchased homebuild, a Rutan Longeze I think, suffered engine fuel starvation and crashed. I believe there was sufficient gas, but the fuel tank selector valve was unusually located behind the pilot, and that he was unable to reach it.
