Not letting Mike's thread disappear.

We all know the largest flying bird in the world is the Albatross. What is the second largest.

Flying Wodders. You have it there in that list but there are two sorts down here. Only one is the 2nd largest in the world.

Sorry Opsboi no.

You win a coconut Wodders. During the drought we had hundreds of pink pelicans on the puddles in our lagoon. Not sure about whites but they are certainly around.

Your bash Sir.

This is the pink.

There was a French guy who could breath in air and pass it out of his rectum, playing tunes.
He made a living as a music hall act.

Le Petomane

Turned into a movie starring Leonard Rossiter, as I recall

Le Pétomane is also referenced in Blazing Saddles, a 1974 satirical Western comedy film directed by Mel Brooks. Brooks appears in multiple supporting roles, including the dim-witted Governor William J. Le Petomane, whose name suggests he is full of hot air.

Thanks for that Opsboi. :YMAPPLAUSE: :-bd
As "Blazing Saddles" is my all time favorite movie , this fun fact adds another layer to it. :))

Weirdly, BS was on the Beeb last night - I assumed it would have been cut to PC smithereens, but no - it's never been clearer what a brilliant anti-racist satire it is, and actually seems even funnier in today's climate

The Producers is on tonight, a must-watch in my book

I am unable to verify however :

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Bernard Clemmens of London has the longest official butt burp at 2 minutes, 42 seconds.

This is all over the net on several different sites.
