Close enough.
A period of 5 years.
I once sent a question to Sky asking why one of their reporters referred to 'half a decade' when there was a perfectly good word.
They didn't answer.

Fast work - on the money. Pentimenti painting technique refers to many layers/changes to achieve an overall effect - reputedly the basis of the Mona Liza enigmatic smile.

Never been to any of them. Only know places I have been to.

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
Ceres is a village in the wheatlands NE of CPT, famous for its abundant fruit produce. Ceres was the Roman Goddess of agriculture, plenty, and fertility.
I suspect that the other asteroids may be similarly named after gods/goddesses. I assume that if one were named after me I would know that.

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
OK, clearly no avid space fans here (should have figured that with my women astronaut question). Ceres, Vesta and Pallas. Together they comprise 45% of the known asteroid mass in the solar system.
As he named one, I nominate John to launch the next challenge.

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
Thank you, IIRC Ceres is unusual for an asteroid in being spherical in shape whereas all(?) other asteroids are 'chunk' shaped.
