I think this recipe explains it quite well and is similar to the ones I had. For some reason, it had very little taste, which put me off it. I suspect that the lamb they use is mutton and needs to be stewed for a long time, thus removing the flavour - a talent my ex also had. ~X(

I think we need RiS to sort out the mingling of these two questions. I stand by the Saltstromen, cos I've been there fishing at 1AM in the summertime and the speed of the swirling water is very impressive.
