I'm still keen to learn Basil Brush's middle name
Ok...Apparently (from an episode I remember seeing back around 1980) it was 'Whoopsadaisie.'

Because the Vicar dropped him in the Christening font! 8-}

While we're thinking about Basil, which solo artist reached #5 in the UK charts with a backing band which included Jimmy Page, John Bonham and John Paul Jones?

Bonus point for the track title
Have a stab at this, then

One has given a fairly large clue (I think) to those I know.

I do know the lot but I'll leave it to others, mainly because if I am correct, just now I don't know of another suitable question.

And #3 is IMHO a particularly execrable Yankee singer. :ymsick:
Don't think much of #2 either.

As MeatLoaf said, "Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad".
George Frayne is Commander Cody of Commander Cody and The Lost Planet Airmen. Good boogie woogie player.
Saw him twice. First time, so out of it he had to be led to the piano for his set. Second time, some years later, he was clean and a much better show.
Wodders to the mic.
