That's Ledbury in Herefordshire. I was there a couple of years ago looking for houses for a move which unfortunately never happened.

Well done C16 - it’s the Market House in the town of Ledbury.

Hope End, a large house nearby was for some time the home of the Barrett family. Their sickly daughter Elizabeth married Robert Browning to become Elizabeth Barrett Browning the well known popular poet. When we lived in nearby Gloucestershire the house was run as an ‘interesting’ restaurant.
