Ah! The Royal Hotel, Ross-on-Wye.
I thought the road looked familiar, I have spent some time in Ross-on-Wye and driven past this hotel. The picture on the Greene King website is of the garden so missed identifying it on the first pass.

DBx has correctly identified the city and hence the country, Slovakia. The building is the Slovak Parliament building located beside the entrance to Bratislava castle.
