Although neither island in the photo is British, the Twotter does make a stop at a British Island enroute from one to the other.

Two 'upscale' islands come to mind. Mustique and Necker. The former a favorite of the late Princess Margaret and the latter owned by a certain bearded person.Don't know if either look like the one in question.

Didn't expect this much difficulty. The beach is on a bi-lingual island, and the distant island speaks one of the two.

Following a hurricane recently, prisoners with machates escaped from jail terrorized guests at hotels in their rooms here. There are at least three streaming webcams on the island in foreground.

The photo was taken from St Maarten, yes. The island in the distance, with Anguilla as an intermediate stop, was the challenge. It likely has churches and bars on it.
