Yes Hydro, it is Vancouver, the Lions Gate Bridge to be precise. I took the photo from Stanley Park some 40 years ago but looking at street view on google maps, the view is much the same.

I read the entry for the bridge and was amazed that the current bridge was a completely different form from the previous bridge - not even the span remained the same.
