Land of the Long White Cloud, possibly Bay of Islands, it’s a few years since I’ve been there :-*

Yes, it is in NZ.

Hundreds, thousands maybe, of tourists are here almost every day of the year.

Looks like Marlborough Sounds to me

Marlborough Sounds, yes, but can you be more specific?

Right on! Picton, the place where the Cook Strait ferry berths on the South Island of NZ.

Open House I believe!

Knew I recognised it, but as I’d said it’s a few years since I’ve been there :D

Yes, it is indeed Oulu.

Your turn.

Greenland is one of the more interesting places I have been too and would like to go again.
The only place in Finland I visited when I was in the Navy. The abiding memory is that the ship was full of mosquitoes when we left and we were covered in bites! No doubt the concentrated scent of sweaty bodies attracted them... Very flat and lots of pine trees too.

If it's OH then this should be an easy one for some here.

The Frauenkirche in Munich, I think, taken from the Peterskirche

It is Fox3, extensively rearranged by the RAF in WW2 and rebuilt. You have control.

To you, a shining beacon of high architecture; to me, a target.
My attitude to German culture can be guessed from the fact that the only reason I recognised it is because it happened to be on the direct route I took from the railway station to the Hofbrauhaus.
More beer!

Try this. Today, where you and most of the world already is, is significant for this structure. I hope there are enough clues

Not me for a single solitary moment, I assure you. I was only obliged to visit the place a few times because a relative moved there after marriage. Less said the better.

Are we in Chump city territory with your photo?

Forgive me, the "you" was intended to be generic.
If you'd like to give me a grid reference... :ymdevil:
