Over to you 4m - it is indeed idiots who don't read the tide tables for the causeway.

Here are a couple more, one photo shows that having the dosh to buy a Mercedes does not confer common sense on the owner! When we lived nearby the rescue services were often being called out to rescue these fools.

I confess to almost being one of those idiots.

I arrived to see a vehicle at the refuge which I erroneously assumed to be the 'warden' waiting to close the crossing whereas it was a 'campervan' that had already succumbed to the sea.

It soon became apparent that my attempt was doomed and I managed to reverse out before my engine gave up - with no adverse effect other than a subsequent wheel bearing failure - much less than what might have been!

Back on the island we spent a pleasant four hours in the pub with a local 'light entertainment' author - the sort who wrote humorous books.

It taught me a lesson!

Unfortunately it's not Queensferry. Try another country.

It's a cable stayed bridge, but many of them look quite similar. A guess at the one on the N125 over the river Arade near Portimeo in Portugal.

OK O/H. Been to this destination many times but not to the Old Town just airport and hotels. Haven't doctored the photo so there may be some clues in there.

Looks to be in a warm, dry climate, how about Santa Fe, New Mexico?

Yee Haa Wodders in the saddle but close Smeagol.

Our cabin crew tried line dancing there once and nearly got trampled to death. They had a stetson steaming service in the dance hall.

OK, returning to the bridge theme, how about this one? I have driven across this one, although not recently.
