Near…. Yes, however it would not do it justice to accept that answer.

The significance of the picture is in front of me. I need that to win.

You got it---although technically the Military terminal, (MOTCO), is just behind my I-pad, and is called Port Chicago, home of the explosion and mutiny in WW2:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_Chicago_disaster

The ships are called the "Mothball" fleet: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_ ... erve_Fleet Which used to contain the Glomar Explorer, the CIA ship used to recover a sunken Soviet submarine as part of Project Azorian, (Google is your friend).

You have control

As a side note, I was involved in oving 4,000,000 lbs of dirt at MOTCO to cover some contaminated water channels there..... and yes the gnomes were there:

Thanks G~Man, the search led up some interesting garden paths, although the clue was in front of me (and you) all the time.
Hopefully I'll be back shortly with a suitable pic.

Town kinda looks like Park City, but mountains are in the wrong place.

It looks very Utah / Colorado / Wyoming ish. I have flown most of Utah, and the mountain portions of Wyoming, but not much in Colorado apart from the shelf North of Denver. I am going to guess Colorado.
