Bayterek Tower in Astana. I thought Almaty then remembered that they changed the capital. I haven't been to Astana but have been to Almaty, it has a drinking culture similar to Kinloss in the seventies.

Astana has been renamed Nur-sultan I believe.
When all else fails, read the instructions.

Morning all.

OM takes the prize.
It is Nur-Sultan, capital of Kazakhstan, as Woody notes above, " it was known between 1998 and 2019 as Astana and before that as Akmola. On 23 March 2019, following an unanimous vote in Kazakhstan's parliament, the city was renamed to Nur-Sultan, after former Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev."
The dome in the foreground is the Khan Shatyr Entertainment Centre.

OM15 has control.

Woody is on the right track.

I can think of a couple of residents in here that will have been to this city. Possibly not for a while though.

Evening all.
I'll sit this one out, as it's not very far from me, and I used to pass through there regularly.
