You are correct, OM. The lighthouse building is actually a surfing museum, and the beach to the right is popular with dog owners. Less so for us now, since one of ours tried jumping 10ft off one of the rocks there. Life could have been so different if she'd done herself harm.

That's it, Whiteman Airport, a small GA airfield in the San Fernando Valley, famous at one time for growing olives, but now is pretty crowded and is famous for manufacturing pornographic films. I used to live a couple of miles north of there in Sylmar.
