We know it is USA, looks as though it might be in the southern part, we are by a harbour, the building is glammed up but looks utilitarian, particularly the far end section, it has a big chimney which indicates a factory or something like that. There are vertical flags that are seen outside museums or shopping malls, maybe a traders outlet like the place at Swindon railway museum.
The poster has said he has been there many times, why would he do that? is it a theatre or casino, or has he just bought lots of cheap shoes.

Sorry forgot I was in the chair. Yes OM15 naval connections. Yes it was a factory now as you say shopping mall, museum and an art gallery I think. Edit, just checked, very much art. I only saw the pub and museum.

Bar OM15 bar! No shopping involved. Yes we are USofA but not down south.

Just get it back on this new page.

There's a lot of sh*te in the water so I'm guessing maybe a fish quay nearby. Howzaboot Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco?

This street contains buildings dating to the 16th and 17th centuries and has a stream running down the middle fed by the spring at the local church.

That's the Market Place in Frome with Cheap Street just beyond. My wife's first job on leaving school was as a clerk in that HSBC Bank - it was of course the Midland Bank then.

Frome is very nice, market day yesterday and quite busy, has good bookshops.

I am 100% sure that those of us of a certain age will have no trouble getting the spelling of this town correct!
