I just had a high wing, radial powered single fly over with twin vertical stabilizers.
Not in any of my books or google.
Any ideas?

Could well be. There's 9 in the US according to the FAA register.

It was about 1,000 AGL and 3/4 to a mile away.
I did see it in Google but picture wasn't that good.
Wikipedia says two US registered. One in California and one in Texas.
Six total survivors.
