A busy day in and around NZ!

No problems where we are and I have not heard of damage or casualties elsewhere.

Just two plates having a bit of a grumble.
Been in data comm since we formed the bits individually with a Morse key.

Seriously though, glad no major damage, and the Tsunami seemed fairly benign... :)

Yes, borin' day, at least we evacuated to somewhere with WiFi. Glad the warning came after we'd got up and not in the middle of the night. Saw nowt, but I guess better safe than sorry ? Never heard any sirens and my mobile remained silent, but Mrs. ExS's shat itself around 9.20 am, closely followed by us !

It seems a bit unstable a few hundred miles to the north. I have an app that lets me know of anything local and big ones around the world and there must have been a dozen big ones up there in the past few days.

I saw JLL perform live at the Club a Gogo in Newcastle - February 1963 or possibly March 1964 (backed by the Nashville Teens).
