Only due to get up to about 90F, 32C here today, so a bit cooler than it has been. Still cooler outside than inside, I tend to go close the door as the temperatures match so as not to let any of the hot air in.

VP959 - I can certainly recommend the area around Loch Harray and the Merkister Hotel for stunning scenery. I stayed at the Merkister on a few occasions whilst working and had some good times there - but that was 48 years ago so no doubt the management has changed!

Ouch. After a nice active weekend, today I went to remove something from the van and did something dire to my back. Sitting still is fine, but walking is not easy at the moment. I need to be up for a bit of running on Saturday (dog show) and some major dog wrestling the weekend after (FastCAT) so hopefully it will fix itself quickly.

Been doing me exercises what the physio told me to do - seem to be a bit more achy so not sure whether the exercises are working. Six days ago I made an online application for renewal of Sproglette Senior's passport; her first adult passport. Supporting documents also mailed.

New passport arrived today. Six days. Pretty good.
