Morning folks. In town cloudy all the way in. 14°C here at MUB. Have just paid a considerable amount of money for our safari at the end of the month. The invoice was scribbled in pencil on a stick it note as no electricity.

Morning all.

Usual weather for the day. 18c now. At least 25c later.

Have all the news hounds and political commentators forgotten that Multi Millionaire Sunak, aka The Chancellor, has caused part of the problem for pensioners by getting rid of the Triple Lock? He should re-instate it immediately and back date the rises to UK State pensions. That would go some way to rectifying the situation.

Rangers supporter , who lives opposite, has not returned from Sevilla yet.

Good Morning All,
Looks normal, slight haze overhead 24c with a guess of 28c.

SM to Horsepitil for a 13.00 check in. Operation sometime not expecting release today.

Toyota for ITV at 13.40, it's getting old now, 18 years so just about anything is possible. It drives OK.
Uses a lot of fuel though, when we came here it was getting to need fuel at about 240 miles or so, nowadays it's more like 190.

We will see later.

Thinking of a Chinese later too, such things are not allowed under the GF regime.

Good luck and best wishes to your wife. Hope it goes well. I'm trying to find a dermatologist to look at what I think is a Bowens Tumour on my left hand. Dermatologists seem to be very elusive (not to mention expensive, IF you can find one).

Bowens Tumours are malignant but very slow growing.

Back from town not a bad mission. 16 different vegetables are banned from import causing a real problem. Mrs Ex-Ascot managed to get 3 banned today. potatoes, onions and tomatoes. No bell peppers though.

Visited our friend the other side of town and her man cleaned our car. Brilliant job. Don't think it has been cleaned in a year. That was two hours for the big car. Our man is to do our small car tomorrow it will take him all morning. That is the difference between a Zimmy and a Batswana.

Wodders all the best to SM.

Supposed to be getting a new genny tomorrow. Our Rhodesian chap phoned to say his mother has had a stroke and is being aeromeded to Gabs. We will see what happens.

Just read in the news that a guy who stabbed his girl friend to death has been allowed out on bail for 67 quid ~X(

But no deckchairs or sun umbrellas Ricardian no wonder there is no one there.

New UK Euro lottery winners go public 184M. Are they stupid or wot? Why do people do this? Just to get their millisecond of fame? Now begging letters from everyone and a serious kidnap threat. Especially as they have children who can be plucked from the school gates. Idiots.

I wrote a begging letter before I realised I couldn't afford a stamp to the UK.

Indeed - 184 prizes of £1 million would be so much better for all.

Wods-all the best to SM for a speedy recovery :YMHUG:

Ricardian-beach looks idyllic. Ours looks like that at the moment, but come Memorial Day weekend (end of May) it will be a place to avoid. Crawling with grockles ~X(

My wishes for a quick return home for SM Wodrick.

The day before yesterday I got as gift for attending a mi store opening a thermometer and hydrometer that connects via WiFi. First device on the smart home category at RiS towers. Today I acquired the batteries. The model I wanted wasn't available at a store reasonable close so the salesperson offered me a discount at a more expensive set.

The good news is SM is off the slab and back in her room.

Her WhatsApp messages are gibberish.

Morning all. One hopes Mrs W had a good night.

Off to gym this morning, then dermatologist. This afternoon a crown to be fitted and pay the dentist's bill.
