Checked in and watching the Hottentots Holland mountains abeam runway 01/190

I see that the Maun flight leaves tomorrow at 10:30.

Perhaps I should have shipped out on that.

So bored that I am grading Comair vis a vis Kalula landings. Airlink have won the duffer of the day award. Big bounce in perfect conditions. Pilot wears the "come of shame"...

Flying as a passenger is so tedious. I would rather have root canal treatment! 8-|

The BA flight crew are in the cockpit. Not a grey hair between them as far as I can see. Bambini... ;)))

Lots of documentation perusal and faffing about going on.

Any chance of a member posting a photo of puppies from a daytime hour, all I have seen so far is a lot of snapshots of sleeping puppies due to this great big world
spinning on its axis. Thanks in anticipation.

Pretty awful isn't it. At my age everyone looks a "bambini".Found myself asking a Very Senior Official if he was still at school. This is when faking dementia comes in handy.

We're half-way now, puppies are four weeks old. I've been impressed by how quickly they figured out the litter box stuff. The occasional poop doesn't make it on, and some of them have yet to figure out when peeing that standing there with front legs on the tray means the back end is still hanging off, so there's a wet band around the edge of the tray. Now they have a water bowl too, that's a source of wet on the mats.

And for size comparison, 1 week v 4 weeks.

It took me until this week to figure out that the two cameras weren't in sync and couldn't understand why the puppy count was different between the two views. :-o #-o

There's one at each end of the pen, so a puppy under one camera isn't visible on that camera but will be visible on the other one. Having said that, they aren't in sync, they just take their pictures every minute but exactly when in the minute probably depends on when the camera was powered on. Three of them are currently sleeping in the litter box, probably on top of some of the poop because I haven't cleaned it yet this morning.

Looks like GG will pass over us around 3 am tomorrow. I will arrange a festive message of candles on our terrace, just in case.

Sorry, my weekend off, so I couldn’t arrange an appropriate arrivals greeting ^:)^
When all else fails, read the instructions.

Morning folks.

20c with a light cloud cover.

Don't know why the news muppets at the Beeb have manufactured a story about high temperatures in Spain, especially Andalucia. It's nothing out of the ordinary.

Move along please.

They were French, and although I cringe to admit it, very friendly. Even their little dog, which like all Frenchmen, he kept cradled in his left arm. A civil servant from Toulouse so he had nothing to lose. Whoops. Very interested in house, wife less so. I'm not anticipating an offer but just in case we are going to browse the local medieval town of Castelló this morning before lunch to see what is on sale there. We are looking for somewhere within foot range of shops and restaurants. Horizontally and not 600' below us as at present.

Thanks OFSO and I forgive you Woody, expected a 21 gun salute but hey ho! ;)))

Flight was early thus we had to hold for some 40 minutes until the 06:00 hour curfew was over. Had the opportunity to chat to the Captain of BA0058 at the carousel and he spent 10 minutes talking about the hold, attempts to mitigate too early an arrival vis a vis flying too slowly and wasting even more fuel, fuel reserve calcs etc. Really nice guy who clearly loves what he does! :-bd
