If it were up to me I'd leave it parked right where it is.Woody wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 11:31 amRight it’s ours again

Highs in the mid 70s and lows in the low 60s.
Able to leave doors and windows open all the time. No heating or A/C.
Another month and A/C will be running just about 24/7. $$$$$$$

Depends what you call "overly bulky" and how heavy the engine is, but probably OK. Try it somewhere safe and see. We did lots of stupid things in boats that size, with no real disasters.

When my sister died and I was tasked with selling her flat in accordance with her will I told the solicitor I had no idea where the deeds were and he said it wasn't a problem because everything was recorded on line in this modern age.

They are a long way west of EA01. The current big fish kill is on the Darling River near Menindee, but since the major flooding in the Murray-Darling system started several months ago, fish kills have followed the flood down the rivers. As the floods recede from the flood plains, large amounts of organic debris wash into the river. As this rots, it deoxygenates the water, killing the fish. Unfortunately, the fish who are best able to survive are European Carp. I've even seen them thriving in the black liquor effluent from a paper mill.

Morning all. Cold and dry out. Last day here in UK. Sorry to leave, although once back in other place I'll be happy to be there. Both have their advantages.

Morning folks. Our friend is on the ship from Amogos now to come and see us. A visitor is always good it forces us into getting lots of little jobs done and the cars cleaned. 'erbert is under pressure to get the garden smart. He is polishing plants now. Another nice day but seems that rain is on the way.

Greetings,
Been and had a blood test already, no queue, seen on time, out in 5 mins.
Now breakfasted and ready. Health Centre a seething mass of humanity, had to turn hearing aid off.
It is four years since we adopted Henry.
Punto wondering what this is

Morning all. Warming up here after a nippy weekend. Rather than dead fish, we have a 5,000 mile blob of seaweed heading our way. Very smelly by all accounts. Can't wait. Off to the Caribbean in a couple of weeks, so may get to see it up close and personal. Something to look forward to.

Experienced seaweed attacking beaches on a Cancun layover. There was so much that you couldn't get past it to the water.limeygal wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 11:51 amMorning all. They were using heavy equipment to remove it.
Stench of rotting seaweed...not pleasant.

Woody, could you ensure BA474 has a bottle of Bombay Sapphire hidden under row 15 E/F tomorrow? Four tins of Fevertree also.... Cut glass, not plastic beakers please...

Election scandal!
Our Premier was caught on social media audio being honest.
To be fair he immediately "apologised unreservedly" and admitted he "fell short of the expectations of himself and Islanders".

Blustery, 13°C, cloudy but I guess there's enough blue sky to make a sailor a pair of trousers.

Took the camera for a walk in the bush today, hoping I might see a snake to photograph. Meanwhile, next door...
