Morning folks.

Hazy cloud, but mainly blue sky with 21c out there. Rain guessed at for post 13.00.

Another of those "where did my post of yesterday go" mysteries.

See Mr Mullins has sold Pimlico Plumbers for severial millions.

Given that video comparing the existence of Earth to the seconds of one day. We have been here for 3 seconds.

Pop - 20,000 tons of SO2. How long would it take us to produce that?

We have had mass extinctions in the past. Are we naive to believe they won't happen in the future. Sea levels rise, islands emerge, continents move, earth magnetism varies. The Sun heats, clouds form, water drops.

Blink your eye and we're gone.

Our poltergeist is back. Chucked wife's latest painting on the floor late last night, took ready-to-use Covid masks off the sculpture used as a hook, dropped them on table. Windows and doors closed 'cos getting chilly.

A 25m tsunami would not be welcomed in Devon and Cornwall either.

For your amusement....our 'Lorries' are still about, the magpies now fight with the butcher birds and each other, and...somewhere in the vast neighbour's properties Kookaburra family's still exist...

They couldn't blame Brexit or Covid but they might blame climate change.

A 25m tsunami in Cornwall and Devon could be caused by the inhabitants of France deciding to take a bath at last and all jumping into the sea at the same time.... no, on second thoughts, it will never happen. I've entered the realm of fantasy there.

I graced the West today and went to parlay by the sea on the Scilly Isles. There will be no tsunami, as the octopus God has been appeased

A chill and windy walk this evening. Last year we jumped into winter on September 26. This year it's earlier.

Nothing felt over thisaway from what I've heard, but the Queen Elisabeth Hospital in Adelaide, South Australia was evacuated as a precaution!

NFI why!

Just like a Rabaul guria, eh Alison?

Good morning to one and all.
Getting ready to take Billy off to the City Hospital for Billy to get re-connected to the
outside world the natural way.
I suspect I may be some time (4 or 5 days) so Ibbie or some other kind person will have
to remind everybody when Friday has arrived.

In the meantime, play nicely.

Nein, Schweizer machen keinen scheiße! =)) You are right about the "Sandlfy" bit though. ;)))

Hughes produced a work of art when they designed this range. Every model should be in the museum of contemporary art under the title "Clockwork Sandlfly".

That machine's look alike was G-BWAV and was famous enough to adorn the Schweizer Wikipedia entry...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schweizer_Aircraft

G-BWAV's pilot had a very narrow escape in 2014.

Bon chance handsfree! Friday will not be the same without you this week. Get back ASAP, as your absence will be noted, and we can't be trusted not forget Friday and thus cause all sorts of problems in the space time continuum! ;)))
