To all those folks who have kindly commented here, and to om15 who graciously wished me well, I leave you to be the judge over the coming months. I thank you all and will come back to this thread at this time next year to tell you how things have gone over the year, as the last 8 days of structured counselling was just the beginning, as I am determined to break out of a destructive cycle and be the best man I can be.
I am not leaving, and will continue to post but will avoid contentious subjects and will attempt to be a less onerous soul. Many thanks again to all here.
