I must drag my sorry, saggy arse to the Museum of flight near Edinburgh, as I'm now unlikely to visit New Zealand, I'm afraid. I did spend an hour or two at the Davis-Monthan "boneyard" near Tucson. Compelling and spooky at the same time.

East Fortune!
Thrice visited by TGG. Well worth a visit. Huge pity one can't fly in though. Very surprised that it is not an active airfield.

We have been expanding at such a rate the last few years that we are now looking for funding to build another 40x48 meter hangar. I hope it will not be too much of a squeeze as I would like to rig a couple of our gliders, Slingsby Tandem open jobbie and a very slick Blanik. Another 5-600,000 quid should see us there.

There are still microlight flights operating. MrsP took the adventure about 4 years ago.
