HAV believes it could be used for a variety of functions, such as surveillance, communications, delivering aid and even passenger travel.

Not sure I'd want to be in that gondola stuck up its bum crack (pic 4).

Just another modern corporate scam I'm afraid, UK Public funding plus whatever it can get from idiots in the crowdfunding swindle, will end up getting a couple of prototypes up and running and a very good income for a few chancers untill reality dawns on the investors that backed a load of bollox.

Seriously, I don't understand the modern propensity for backing ***** without knowing wtf the salesman is on about.

It always seems easy to get money from governments, usually by overstating the number of jobs that the scheme will create.

A local example, that was never going to succeed.
