United Airlines done good for once...

I am not a big fan of United Airlines for a number of personal reasons and prejudices, so I am generally happy to dis them and I often get the chance, given their general lack of customer focus and mediocrity in all spheres of operation, but give credit where credit is due.

The crew (and passengers) on this flight were true menschen and kudos to them all...

I have an autistic child, now grown up, and know how difficult such a tantrum can be for everybody, particularly in the tight confines of an airliner ready to taxi in order not to miss their ATC take-off slot, to get tired people home on time...
