They made a mistake a few years ago when Lordi accidentally got through to the final and won in style. Just shows what happens when you let a good entry get through.

The name "Eurovision" was first used in relation to the EBU's network by British journalist George Campey in the London Evening Standard in 1951.

The only bit of Eurovision I've watched in a long time was the aforementioned Lordi performance.
