Good on her, hope all goes well. She doesn't seem to have a tracking page on her web site? Back seat removed so that there is no doubt about being 'solo'. And, no support aircraft flying along side. Also doubt that she is wearing RAF wings.

Shirley there must be some sort of support though? Someone pre-positioning ahead?
Wrong: https://flyzolo.com/route/ However absolutely ridiculous that they should put local times not Zulu.

Not at all unreasonable, particularly as there are many Captain Mainwarings in the world who have not a clue about Zulu or UCT etc.

Her dad is ex RAF I believe and has handled his daughter's intinerary, clearances etc. Her mom is providing the Stoemp, Brussels sprouts etc, and ensuring that no strong Belgian beer is drunk at night.

Looks like the lassie is tracking towards the Hudson before doing her JFK landing.

Two rest days at JFK? What would that cost in ramp fees?

OK point taken but how many more are following her rather than meeting her. Zulu as well as local then.

Not 100% sure about her father. He may be a brown job.

Yes, he is ex British army. His wife, Beatrice De Smet lived in Botswana at one stage. They must both be very proud of her.

It looks like there's a JetBanger filming her from 1,200'.

She was in Nome Alaska as of yesterday.

The updates have been sub-optimal sadly.

Mention of Nome always makes me think of North to Alaska, and as a consequence Ernie Kovaks.
