UK Government agrees coronavirus aviation contract with the British Helicopter Association

#1 Post by CharlieOneSix » Sat Apr 18, 2020 8:13 pm

The British Helicopter Association (BHA) has made a major achievement with the completion of a contract to facilitate freight and passenger transport by air in support of coronavirus response across the whole of the UK. The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) – the UK Government contract management organisation – has worked tirelessly in recent days to get a simplified document produced which will ensure that payment is made from central Government funds within 14 days of the task being completed.

Over 75% of the helicopter operators involved in this scheme have already signed their contract with CCS.
