Bangladeshi Yak130. Sadly one dead and other critical.

Hazarding a guess ^! since the back-seater was a Wing Cdr it may have been a display clearance check ride and I would propose some sort of control malfunction. The (deceased) pilot appears to have been 'top notch' so mishandling would be low on my list of probabilities.
