We had a pilot on 10 Sqn who specialised in biting ladies bums, never a formal complaint but he did get slapped a few times. Those were the sensible days.

Mrs Ex-Ascot says that she didn't hit him but demanded a beer :YMPARTY:

In Strike Command, we had things like weapons and intercepts and electronic warfare to specialise in.

Well In my game it was keeping your china tea cup on your saucer In a turn. Especially when on finals.

Ball not centred, balls get sintered, eh?

We were never trusted with posh stuff like saucers. Mugs more appropriate, apparently.

You would think a VIP flight crew could fly a balanced turn, though, wouldn't you? =))

Ah, but if they all didn't, how would the pax ever know?
They already think the normal smell of every building is what we call new paint.

That must have been why they did so many trips to Cyprus - china-smashing capital of the World!

Says the Daily Wail, whilst posting well over 20 photos on the right side of the page treating women as sex objects.

Back in my school days, in Calvinistic South Africa, the photos of women that the Wail posts on the website today would have been regarded as hardcore porn! ;)))

Strange thing about the demographic that purchases the modern Daily Mail, the paper that is, is that a higher proportion of women purchase the paper than the other titles out there. Damned lies and statistics perhaps.

As always "Keep it classy, Daily Mail!" =))

The plods said that they found no case to answer. I still think that this may be two cases of unfair dismissal.

Boac, is The Red Arrows a Squadron? I thought not but the press keep referring to the Squadron. I see the motto is 'Eclat' which is a bloody frog word not Latin.

Never was, as I recall, it just 'existed', and I guess other outfits like the Red Devils etc were the same. The imposition of an Officer I/C' is new to me, the team leader used to be the 'I/C', although we did have a W/C 'in place' at Kemble (cannot recall his title) who was notionally in the chain of command somewhere.

What a mess. First season (as No 3) in 2009. He was team leader in 2017 and came back as 'O/C' in 2021. How many other skeletons?

Well at least they are all being done for groping and bonking girls. Could be worse, like the two jaguar pilots. =))

I still wonder if all this fuss would have been made if it was just a front line Squadron not the display team. For goodness sake the things that went on which were swept under the carpet. I am sure that we can all recall a few.

Telegraph
The alleged victims have called for a public apology from the most senior officer in the RAF, Air Chief Marshal Sir Michael Wigston, as well as for the squadron to be disbanded altogether.
That'll play well into the defence cuts brigade.

A year's "pause", allegedly on operational grounds, then a permanent disbandment announced on a Bad News Day about 8 months later, assuming there's no great outcry?
