A Flea...but what's the car?

I think it's a Flying Flea but what is the three wheeler towing it? Never seen anything like it...

Looks like a much modified Messerschmit bubble car - well maybe not all that much modded.

Yes, it's a four-wheeler, but maybe they made three wheelers too?
