It might have saved your life though - you had a nasty fright but escaped from it and it stuck with you. Had you not done that one, you might have had a worse one later and not been so lucky. I'm sure we all have life experiences which we acknowledge were stupid but lucky and vow not to do it again. The ones that don't learn from the near misses end up on the Darwin thread.
