He has landed in Greenland. Absent much interest here, this will likely be my final post on the subject.

Certainly. Happy to do so.
Here is a link. I'll need to ask him how his average on that leg was 46% faster than his top speed, but on the book of faces he has some gorgeous shots of his approach to Greenland.

Is that a doubleback along the east coast of Greenland?

If he is still going to backtrack EDI to Aberdeen as on his plan then he'll pass virtually over my house. I shall wave! Fantastic weather for him in Scotland - a huge high pressure area, fluffy Cu and 20C here.
EDIT: Seems he's actually at Glenrothes airfield, much more GA friendly then EDI - he will definitely pass overhead here unless he takes the VFR zone entry point at Stonehaven. On his plan the reason for going to ABZ is "To drop off Mike".

Missed him. Guessed he was nightstopping at Glenrothes but he went on to ABZ, passing three miles from me at 2600ft at 1658.

Still hoping he'll run into one or two form members in the next few days. Mike flew with him, I think from Pittsburg. I suspected that might be the case when I saw the diversion.

From Furryboots he went to Barra and Oban and is now in Carlisle.
Cracking good wx for GA today and FL24 shows a veritable forest of teenyweenies buzzing around Scotland.

He flew clear down to Cornwall, and kept on going. Always wondered where those islands were. Still hopeful that one or two of my internet/email/skype buddies will be able to meet him,'ere he leaves England.

Half way across India. I continue to be impressed. It feels like he should be at least a third of the way finished.

My friend is now in Thailand, a little more than half way through his journey.
