And here's me thinking that it had all started up again and the old flame had called Mrs Fliegs "by mistake" and asked her if Fliegs wouldn't mind popping down to the 'special clinic'. =))

Instead it's just OFSO who has temporarily lost his way to the jokes page.

Maintain a lovely friendship now...and I'm grateful for it...never to be the wildly passionate relationship of decades ago, and I don't want want that....but very happy to have this level of friendship now....

Mrs Fliegs not only puts up with my younger than me alcoholic gym girlfriends antics and our partying, but also my relationship with the (ex & frankly quite mad) Danish woman ..... she is such a loving soul, and knows I would not stray from her....

Why would I?

The great philosopher Samuel Johnson observed that supplied with enough sex and food, a husband will never stray.

The great Dr Gregory House once said "supply a man with enough porn booze and bad women and he'll never get married".

Maybe it was not at all such a great idea....haven't done anything wrong.....seeing how it could go very disastrously wrong now....and it be very easy to do.....and yet impossibly hard...(double entendre intended) .... :-s

Oh nothing has happened!....there simply is no way I would have allowed it.....one simply does not risk a marriage (& by extension, house, investments, lifestyle etc etc.) I could just see how it could easily happen....

Anyway, I had the 'audacity' to 'call' her on a few of her more outlandish claims (such as..."Hmmm strange that you claim to have a PhD in Anthropology & Criminology, yet you appear nowhere on the University of Queensland's website....or The James Cook University website"....methinks you maybe still are a Con & a fraudster....oh also...you know my Wife's name USE IT!, do not disparagingly refer to her as 'Your Wife'!....)

Was met with a response of "How dare you abuse me.....etc etc....never want contact ever again!!!" ..... kinda sad, I really liked her...but she was never quite what she seemed....and never was..... =((

Anyway....in the tradition of Caco....allow me to post this :-bd

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVQ1PEiZ8Eo

The Angels...."Am I ever gunna see your face again?" ..."No Way! Get F##ked!, F##k Off!! ....it's not even a genre of music I like....but it is such an appropriate song! .... The girlfriends and I screamed it last night with the band at closing time at the local pub....and I feel ever soooo much better for it!!! :YMHUG: (Thanks Girls!! :-bd )

My family don't communicate with each other. Ever. Well, hardly ever. But there's a big wedding next month and since the older generation are getting, well, older, I'm going. Last chance to see some of them. And more likely last chance some of them will get to see me. I do believe the guests from the UK will be massively outnumbered by those from 'abroad'. Dilemma: I'd love to see the list of invitees in advance. One or two of them I "had form with" as they say way back when. But can't ask. Not polite. Will just grit teeth and smile and use my bone-crushing handshake. One good thing: none of my ex-wives invited. I think.

I am not good at weddings. Too timid when sober and too - how shall I put it ? - too "forthright" when drunk.
