.....I know I'm getting old and doddery but for the life of me I cannot work who the hell "the twins" are. Has there been a reissue of the code book that I haven't received?

The Ancient Mariner
:D Probably you haven't lost out on anything, actually. The Twins are Nancy and Stephanie Sidley, who didn't approve Meghan and Harry's lies and disrespect towards the late Queen and Prince Philip and all the rest. They live in the States and explain some 'aspects' (like no-one gets paparazzi-pictured in an airport unless the 'celebrity' informs the photographers to be there, because the airport security wouldn't allow them hang around for hours).
So, they have their youtube channel, and actually I quite like them, but Ex-Ascot finds it hard to listen to them - and they really do speak fast and emotionally, but in my mind it's kinda-sweet. Plus, they do have a point, and I'm not the only one who thinks so.
Also, I don't know anything much about the ... pop-culture? of their 'age group', as they put it, so glimpses into it are interesting for me, as they explain things. AND they don't do it for money, no commercials, just a 'boost' to an animal charity at the end of the video.
They say as the mainstream media never asks the hard questions or challenge the Sussexes, someone has to do it, and they are one of the some that are quite good, allegedly.
For example, in this one they tear the US-magazine article on Meghan to shreds, if you'd like to get a sample.

Or two cats fighting in a sack! Is it delayed puberty?

Do American women have to speak in that high pitched whine? It distracts from their message, which I agree with concerning Dumb and Dumber.

......I listened to about 10 minutes of it and it reminded me of the time as a supply teacher when I made a dramatic sweep of the chalkboard duster to make a point and doubled back my thumbnail! Screeeeech! Ouchy ouchy, swore mightily and the kids laughed.
How can you listen to the whole duration of that, probes?
Then, go and find somewhere( it's bound to be on the t'internet somewhere) the blessed Kirsty Young of Desert Island Discs fame and feel warm honey flowing into your ears. That I could listen to all day.

:D - because they make sense and are straightforward and sincere. One gets used to the tone, pitch and speed.
Seriously, I do like them.
I didn't know about that kind of 'social media'.

Ok, something more 'masculine', then - G H Tudor is an alias and he speaks about narcissists and narcissism, claiming he is one himself, but being an 'aware' one, can help people understand what it is. There are hundreds of brief videos, and several on MM, as she 'keeps giving' with her actions and conduct.
Let's try this one:
(he refers to M.Markle as 'this one's wife')

Sorry, I messed up the alias - it's H G Tudor.

The thing with these people, Tudor, the squawking duo and others, they have no background, connections or authority to comment. It is just their thoughts based on press reports. Reports which are not necessarily correct.

Sure, but on the other hand - if it's factually incorrect, why hasn't the duo S sued them? As Lady Colin Campbell says: "Sue me, if I'm wrong!" - and, having written several books, she knows the ropes. Or, as she puts it: "I'm somewhat fond of my money and wouldn't be willing to part it."
Given their eagerness to mute unfavourable opinions, which is probably why the 'mainstream tabloids' won't risk it. Or maybe it is about keeping the 'golden goose' or two alive and kicking.
And they or their people do follow these sources, proven by the father of the Sidley twins getting threats after discussing photoshopping by the S favourite photographer, Misan I think he was. Father Sidley is a professional photographer and expressed his opinion. That was enough.
Or, let's say - why is there not a peep about the incident in Colombia when M rushed to hug the Vice-President's partner and she (the V-P) almost jumped to get between them? There's a video of it. Nothing about the gross violation of common decency in the DWail, for example, that is... well, youknowwhat. Or why hasn't it been asked why they went to schools, surrounded by children, given the level of security they seemed to need? What about the kids, the Kevlar 'cover' was just for Harry? What if someone really had started shooting them?
Of course, the court case for DWail is pending, so.

But of course, you are right, there is more than plenty speculating in the social media, most of them total rubbish.
If you (=me) watch one, they keep popping up. During ... maybe half a year? ... I've got the impression these are more reasonable. One of the Lady C latest. She has quite a community, gets questions from them and comments. Very outspoken and harsh, but as she says - if it's wrong, sue me. Of course it's everyone's decision if it's worth it, and of course it's possible to google for background to see what it's worth.

And, last but not least, there surely are far more relevant things in life than the duo S. I like to listen to these sources when I do something with hands and 'relax' my mind, and often have a good laugh.

And she's recommended the Sidley twins for their content and the work they do with their sources.
Btw, the reason she's dripping with jewelry is that people asked her to show her tiaras.
And it's nice how she just states the fact that she has the means and contacts - at least I couldn't say it's bragging. If you do, you do (have them).
As for the voice, she was given male hormones as a chid - for, as Wikipedia puts it: " Campbell was born with a genital malformation and, following the medical advice of that time, was raised as a boy despite being female." Despite the hormones, she grew up to being a woman, and of course the whole thing was a big problem at that time. Nevertheless, she's been open about that and has said the hormones probably affected her voice. She's worked for the BBC and CNN and... well, that's all in Wikipedia.

- which is not to persuade anyone, just a couple of lines on why I like them. :)

But, ok, something from David Starkey, a real historian (never mind Farage, he doesn't say much in the video):

actually, that's what's puzzled me most, too - all the minute details discussed... by them and their mouthpieces.

Not unless his bro suggests it and laughs, so that he could blame him and his wife again. :D

Now, beware of the tone and pitch, but if you'd like to know what and who are behind the puff pieces and awards M has been honoured with, these videos are an interesting watch - triggered by a bookstore opening in a church-like building and named Godmothers:
TWiN TALK: Grifters & bullies, Meghan, Oprah & Ellen are teaming up for new cult?!!

The Hollywood Reporter tears the Sussexes into shreds Why Hollywood Keeps Quitting on Harry and Meghan.
About the numerous staff who have left them -
...there was Keleigh Thomas Morgan, a Sunshine Sachs partner who started repping Meghan when she was still a commoner (well, a TV star on Suits), adding Harry to her client roster when they became engaged and then helping them set up their own internal comms operation when the couple moved to California.
(Sources tell Rambling Reporter that Morgan stopped repping them around 2020, because the Sussexes stopped paying Sunshine Sachs for its services, though the PR firm denies that was the case.) Other members of the Survivors Club include Catherine St-Laurent, who lasted a year as head of the Sussexes’ charity Archewell; Archewell COO Mandana Dayani; content chief Ben Browning (who got Harry and Meghan’s documentary on Netflix before bolting for FilmNation); and marketing chief Fara Taylor.
Why’d they all leave? What explains the churn? “Everyone’s terrified of Meghan,” claims a source close to the couple. “She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”
I'm not familiar with the context (whether the H Reporter is just 'yellow stuff' etc - seems not, btw), that's why I listened to the Sidley twins:

Meghan's damage control seems to be 'mission impossible' this time (and I think the tempo and pitch should be ok?):
