New Hampshire has a non-resident concealed carry permit that can be issued to non-resident aliens. It is also valid in many other states. Following the alarming degeneration of linguistic ability in the US (qv Boeing thread) I now discover (from reading an American author) that 'Murricans' are apparently confused by the word 'lead' i.e. 'to guide someone or something' and have to spell it 'lede' to avoid confusion with Pb ('plumbum' - steady there folks...

Lots of Blacks are extremely Racist, They will be dealt with no doubt.
The main problem in question here is America's unequal application of Law and rights to justice to those of different ethnicity and lower social standing
Your attempt at deflection by stating the bloody obvious fact that all races have bad uns should open your eyes to the fact that all races have good uns too, but I doubt that your embedded Racism would allow that thought much credence

If that statement is directed at me "your embedded Racism would allow that thought much credence" is just so much crap, I am well aware that many folk of many ethnicities have achieved much to be proud of, as MLK stated one should be judged by the strength of their character rather than the colour of their skin, but you must admit, or perhaps not, that the video's shown of people jumping on the heads of people of different ethnicities are for the vast majority of cases carried out by people of one ethnicity.

EA, it starts from attitude. One goes in to the other's area. If one party is distrustful so the other may also be wary.
In Miami we accidentally drove through a residential area. There were low cost homes set out on lawned plots, each separated by low chain link fence. People just stood in their yards and watched us. We realised we were trespassing.
In another area, houses were more attractive, front lawns, pelicans and unfenced. No one around and all windows shuttered. We felt comfortable walking on the sidewalk.
The difference was marked.
