I have the pamphlets from the Greens in front of me.

It very clearly says "Stop Brexit".

The Scottish Labour one says: "Stop a 'no deal' Brexit".

The SNP one says "We'll keep working with others across the UK to stop Brexit" and ""We'll support revoking Article 50 if a no-deal Brexit is the only alternative".

In other words, all three parties want to trash the democratically expressed wish of the people of the UK who voted to leave. Such people ought to be disqualified from a democratic election.

The Tories didn't bother to send a pamphlet for this gig. I guess they know that they are going to get such a dicking on Thursday that the game isn't worth the candle for them.

Nothing from Farage's mob either. Perhaps they are conserving their funds for the next General Election.

I suspect the Tories' funding problems are getting bigger, with donors drying up.
e.g. https://www.express.co.uk/news/politics ... emy-corbyn
(original article in FT, but that's paywalled)
The delay in the Electoral Commission reporting means the Tory party donations after the original Brexit deadline (Q2 2019) will not be known until at least October. There will be a lot of water under the bridge by then. Might not even be a Tory Party.

Farage's mob have a one word policy that's in the title, pamphlets are superfluous.
Actually, they'll be having a party after winning, I'm sure, so it's a two word policy that's in the title ;)))

The Brexit party's spiel was in the first tranch of election communications.

We had leaflets from Con, Lab and Brexit. The Conservative one said, accurately, that they were the only party that could deliver Brexit.

Bwaaaah =)) in its current form the Cons couldn't deliver a Pizza

I have no doubt that they will ignore the HUUUUUUUUUGE signal that thursdays vote will emit and carry on with pretending to work on delivering something vaguely like Brexit but nobody is fooled any more, the ongoing subterfuge is recognised by even the most zealous remainers but it suits their purpose to go along with the current deceit and twisting of our easily perverted unwritten constitution.
Enjoy it while it lasts you shysters...change is afoot

Bob, as the party in Government TM is quite correct. They are the only party that could deliver Brexit. If course it does not mean they can or will, just that they could.

Since they have no intention of doing so, 'could' is yet another lie.

I just heard someone say that Rod Stewart was a candidate for the Tory leadership. Surely some mistake ?

Those that were on the jolly leftie bandwagon of blatantly attempting to overturn the referendum results are now being held to account for their words, this is a good clip, look at Sadiq Khans face in the last few seconds. Got the b@stard bang to rights.

For a Tory party leader to be shown like this in the Torygraph is quite extraordinary.

Mrs May is now undoubtedly considered the most untrustworthy, incompetent, dishonest and useless Prime Minister that has ever held office in this Country.
When you consider this list includes Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and Antony Eden that really is some achievement.

Papers think she might be gone by the weekend, but they have been saying that since about mid 2016.

An MP who’s voted for Brexit, trying to reason with someone who is on the same side :D

Conservatives now polling at 7% (Times/YouGov), and that was before yesterday's speech by May.
TBP on 37%, 3% higher than the previous YouGov poll, for an 18% lead.
Lib Dems on 19% have overtaken Labour on 13%
No change to UKIP 3% or CHUK 4%.

Conservative party polling will henceforth be measured in fathoms ;)))

Think it's time for Maybot to take Adam Faith's song's advice, contained in it's first two lines ............

The time has come for me to hang my head in shame
The time has come for me to say that I'm to blame

......and I hope nobody...nobody....thinks she is fit for the Lords or any future office, public or private.

I have Gordon Brown at the top of my list of "worst PM" but he might have to move over. Given that his one saving grace was refusal to join the Euro while chancellor, he would probably have done a better job than May at the Brexit thing.

Surely, for Dreary Theresa, the clock is ticking.

And it's later than she realises.

If she was a dog, the vet would have put her to sleep by now- it's not fair to let her suffer.
