“I’ve talked to four of them today and they speak a language that most people do not understand but I understand something " - yup - there it goes again - JIGJAM in chief. How have the worlds of astronautics, engineering, medicine, finance - drone drone drone - coped before the Chump?
I wonder when when the snake oil will reach St Thomas's. Boris will not need a ventilator - the Chump can blow smoke up his arse.

Bo ,come on now even you as a medical expert knows that people do not breathe through the arse and I would bet that Boris has taken a bit of the Malaria snake oil that Doctors themselves have been taking.
You know Bo you are like the media over here.Their fear fire is running out of fuel and they are fanning the flames harder and harder to try and keep the fire burning but all their ever increasing frantic fanning is doing is only blowing the fire out.

Guess whoBelieve it or not, I am good at settling arguments. I'm good at settling these arguments. So I may look into it in great detail, in detail. I'll be able to figure out very fast,' the president said at his daily press briefing on Monday.
When all else fails, read the instructions.

Press got it wrong again in their headlines-he was the Acting Secretary of the Navy and Trump had already nominated K J Braithwaite back at the end of February for the permanent position.Boac wrote: ↑Tue Apr 07, 2020 8:31 pmTGG - time for a video clip of 'Another one bites the dust"? https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... etary.html

Thanks G-CPTN, I venture to suggest that very few of our American friends remember Chamberlain for the declaration of war against Hitler and Germany while others were content to sit on their hands.

Re: The US Hamster Wheel
Ask a random selection of a hundred Murricanes: who was the first British Prime minister in History to impose peacetime Conscription? and I think you will find rather few who can name him, probably none. I suspect that almost all who can come up with any name at all will say Churchill.
Ask them who declared war against Germany, and I think you'll find the same thing.
Ask them which PoTUS declared War against Germany, and I suspect that you find the the idiot Murricanes don't even know that the US did not declare War against Germany at all. Germany declared war against the US, about a week after the US declared war against Japan.
Re: The US Hamster Wheel
Undried Plum, you might also ask them how Britain managed to avoid invasion and possible defeat.

Seen, when did Congress declare war against Germany?
When did Congress declare war against Laos?
When did Congress declare war against Cambodia?
When did Congress declare war against Northern Korea?
When did Congress declare war against Afghanistan?
etc etc etc
PS I don't drink whiskey. It's too rough for me.

Re: The US Hamster Wheel
You shouldn't need to Google, it, Seen.
You should know it. Just like we Brits know when the Second World War was declared, and by whom.
We also know when it was ended, and by whom. (Hint: it wasn't John Wayne or Carey Grant)

It was ended in Europe when Germany surrendered to the Western Allies.
Walter Smith signed on behalf of the Supreme Commander of the Western Allies ,Dwight Eisenhower,no doubt much to the envy of Montgomery

It was the Russians who thrashed the Germans. Not the Septics or the Brits or the ffrench.
More than 80% of the German war effort was directed against the Russians (Soviets).
