Apparently the Chump (the quick learner) has now discovered that people can actually tunnel UNDER walls and fences so he has gone away to ask Ann Coulter what to do.
Perhaps it might be an appropriate time to send a copy of "The Great Escape".

He, I presume, is able to read? :YMPARTY:

A wall is a deeply stupid idea if the intent is to prevent illegal immigration. It's quite a good way of preventing emigration, but a lousy way to stop immigrants.

Here in Britain we've got a **** great big moat which is effectively unswimmable without a close escort boat and is difficult to cross undetected in an illicit smally boat., but we've got something like three million illegal immigrants.

Just as in the US, most of our illegal immigrants are overstayers. A wall or a moat or an apartheit fence will never deal with that main problem.

I recall an arrogant little corporal planned to cross it with lots of boats about 78 years ago but came a real cropper before he could get started.

One of the more ingenious wall ideas devised by the poms back then was that 'Wall of Flame' intended to protect strategic beach heads from Nazi landings. I saw a film on it yonks ago (between Beachy Head and Ramsgate IIRC). Dunno if that might be a more effective barrier for the US southern border. I'm sure though the Green freaks will complain somewhat about the smoke, and the UN might get bitchy too from the barbecued illegals a la flambé lying around all charcoally and deaded.

This has to be the best explanation of the Chump Wall Phallacy.

http://digg.com/video/john-oliver-donald-trump-wall

For Seen, I don't expect you will want to watch the whole of it since it is a bit unkind to your hero, but if you pick it up around the 6:40 minute point it will explain how no Trade deal is going to make 'Mexico pay for the wall'.

Bo-I wonder if John Oliver ever wrote the cheque to the Trump Campaign that he promised so animatedly.

I see that Twitter is starting to turn attention to McConnell and wondering whether his party ought to replace him in the top Senate job. Also speculation about what the Russians and/or Trump have on him and why he isn't just simply calling the vote that would almost certainly end the shutdown.

An increasing focus on the 'Russian' money funnelled into the Republican party during the election process and since. (I see McCain on the list). The NRA also reported to have received significant 'Russian' money, and pushed loads into the Trump campaign funds. This may help to explain McConnell's 'silence'.

I think they said they were going to make the big beautiful ladder out of hardened concrete, but now they cannot remember saying that, and they know you just cannot see through a ladder made of concrete - they are not stupid. =))

Bo-I am sure you know of The Data Lounge and its "personality".

Much of the site's appeal ,according to Wiki .........revolves around its appreciation of wit, satire and "pointless bitchery",.........How is it that you found this web page Bo?

I've come to realize Mr. Boac is on a mission. He sincerely wants to see President Trump and his administration destroyed, and he grasps at every straw to further that end. President Trump is still standing tall after two years of taking on the vast array of forces against him, including the news media, Hollywood, academia at all levels, the entire Democrat party, and world-wide globalists. I can't think of another leader who would not wither, but thrive and prevail, as President Trump has, under such an assault, time and time again. And in the course of it all, he has achieved more than the last four presidents combined.

Caco's contrived insult essays are irrelevant.

My mirth is that he continues to explode the befuddled heads of his distractors at will.

You missed my edit Bo and the link you gave earlier in post 4034 was from the Data Lounge.
