Bob, are you able to post a link to corroborate your assertion?

just goggle it, it's all over the left wing media, WP, Guardian, etc.
e.g.
https://www.salon.com/2019/12/12/don-jr ... p_partner/

The following points are worth thinking about.
1) He shot the sheep deliberately; it wasn't in error hunting something else.
2) The trip was organised through an outfitter, and legally has to be. This is normal for foreigners in most countries, including Canada.
3) It's probable the permits have to be obtained through the outfitter, judging from their catalogue (Shikar Safaris). Another company states "We need to fix your hunting permissions well in advance.", so it does look like it's not Don Jr's responsibility to get a permit.
4) It's therefore the outfitter who is likely in error, however with the permit now granted it's no longer officially an error.
5) Mongolia is 93=/180 on the global corruption index, equal with Panama, with a score of 37/100. I would expect that it isn't possible to obtain anything in Mongolia without corruption. ;)))

The Federal register of gifts is compiled at least a year in arrears. We therefore do not know if Trump has declared the gift of the horse yet. The records for 2017 show all gifts to Trump, family, and relations were transferred to the Nation, either NARA or GSA. It is therefore inaccurate to imply, based on the historical record, that Trump benefits in any way from gifts.

Yep, a place for Trumps of all ages to feel right at home.

Fox,I honestly cant fathom why you invariably come to the defence of these horrible excuses for humans, you come across as quite intelligent in most areas
You must actually like them

I don't always. Only when there is a reasonable defence. I've defended all sorts of people for this reason, including Diane Abbott.
Four reasons:
The first is that generating unreasonable accusations weakens the case for the prosecution, through offering the accused a point they can reasonably defend and thus diverting attention from the points they can't.
The second is that it offers the overall defence that the accuser is solely engaged in a vendetta, since they are clearly slinging mud for the sake of it.
The third is that it shows the accuser has weak reasoning, and thus also undermines the whole case for the prosecution.
The fourth is that by attempting to portray people as "horrible excuses for human beings", one makes it much more difficult to reconcile the two sides after one side has won, and that way lies war.

Assuming that someone likes someone just because they offer a factual defence or challenge false reasoning is a very cheap attempt to polarise views.
Dehumanising the opposition is a classic marker on the road to genocide.

And I note you haven't admitted that this particular attempt to ruin Trump and Trump Jr's reputations is a very poor one.

I am telling you why the left wing, everywhere, is losing the argument. You need to fix this if you are to have a hope of convincing anybody who isn't already a socialist. My cousin is very left wing. He doesn't make any of the above mistakes. It's much harder to argue against him as a consequence.

That doesn't fool me for a second, I'm biased to the left nobody is balanced, your defence of Trump is consistant and unbalanced, at least admit your leanings, or does it feel dirty?

You should invite your cuz to join this site Fox. If he really is that good I’d at least read his posts and endeavour to make debate. It would be refreshing indeed.

Bob.
The left has made their case.

Whatever you or I think about it's merits....

It was rejected.

No one of us is smarter than all of us.

Stick your lefty agenda up your arse. We don't want it.

Bob.
Answer the points and don't try to deflect, especially not with untruths. Cheap insults are not an argument.
I restate at frequent intervals that I regard Trump as a terrible choice, and that I think at least 2 million Americans could do a much better job. His main merit is that he was a better choice than Hillary. For example; his trade war with Canada is unjust, and the WTO court keeps saying so, which is why the US has rendered it inoperable.

This is the basic problem with the Left, and you exemplify it. You make no attempt to engage in rational debate, you ignore any facts or reasoning you don't like, and you resort to cheap rhetoric in an attempt to deflect attention from that. You aren't fooling anyone except yourself.
